Cancellation and Refund Policy Dubai

Minimum rental period is one day (24 hours).

A grace period of fifty-nine (59) minutes applies after rental end time. Delays beyond this period are charged as an additional rental day.

If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed time, contract may be automatically renewed and all daily charges, fees, and mileage rules apply.

Cancellation eligibility depends on booking status, allocation stage, and notice time before handover.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to non-refundable charges as per booking terms.

Security deposit refunds are processed within up to thirty (30) days, after deducting applicable liabilities and pending external charges.
