Deposit Policy Dubai
Deposit amount is determined by vehicle category, renter profile, and booking duration as stated in the rental agreement.
Deposit may be used against outstanding fines, Salik/tolls, excess mileage, cleaning charges, damages, repair costs, loss-of-use, administrative charges, and any unpaid rental amounts.
For accidents and damage cases, the Hirer remains responsible for insurance excess plus any additional charges required under the signed agreement and insurer policy.
Deposit refund timeline is up to thirty (30) days, subject to all fines and external system clearances.
The Hirer agrees not to demand early release before pending liabilities are fully cleared.
